It's a Bit Late but WHO'S COUNTING, eh?
I bought my Thunderbird Ice Ax in 1979...yeah, I know...Chouinard was the shoit at the time but my Blue T-Bird was the envy of everyone hauling into basecamp for my first ever assent up Rainer. Light, and everything I wanted. There was one shortfall...too light to get a bite on a technical ice climb. just not enough weight when I needed the Umph!. It was a tasty treat for a mountain goat...frozen goat spit all over my ax holding in the corner of my tent...salty goodness for my goat friend! The t-shirt is just a fantastic flashback and good fit; in my headspace, heart and life.
