Cascade Designs Event Sponsorships

Cascade Designs' resources for event sponsorships are allocated on an annual basis for the entire calendar year. We will consider proposals for 2009 sponsorship opportunities in the spring of 2008.

To receive serious consideration, please mail a sponsorship proposal for your event including the following:

• General Details: event name, website address, location, dates, time, description
• Contact: name, address, phone and email
• Purpose & Goals: What is your purpose for producing this event? What do you hope to achieve?
• Other Sponsors: Has a Cascade Designs brand sponsored before? What other sponsors are signed on?
• Charities: Are any proceeds going to charity? If so, which one?
• Deadline: What is the confirmation deadline?
• Audience: Description of target audience, # of attendees and spectators.
• Levels: including all available product distribution points, promotional materials and logo placements
• Media Promotions: how will you promote your event?
